Top 5 Best Games Of All Time You Must Play

We have the best games on our list for you to get started with this new season. Whether it's a first time player or someone that has been playing the same game for months, we've got tons of great titles for you. From shooters, like Dark Souls and No Man’s Sky, to RPG-esque like The Division. Here are five excellent, must play games.

Best Games To Start Playing Right Now

1. Cyberpunk 2077 (2017) — (PS4 PS5; Xbox One)

The latest in cyberpunk will be taking your gaming experience to entirely different levels. In Cyberpunk 2077 players take control of one of two main characters as they explore all the depths of human civilization. Each character comes with an own unique set of abilities that will change how you play the game. Your actions affect everything from power grids to traffic lights and even your ability to open doors. As more and more people play Cyberpunk 2077, expect lots of creative side content, from side quests to random events and gameplay modifications to custom outfits and cars. It's definitely worth trying once. Then again, if you want to dive into something more hardcore, there is always a mobile version, too!

2. Phasmophobia (2018). — (PC, PlayStation 4) | Nintendo Switch | Playstation Network

Here are some seriously amazing video game gems, no matter what genre you like. Have you ever wanted to go out to see the dinosaurs up close? Or perhaps you just wanted to try them out and learn more about their anatomy? If both those things are true, then you'll love Phasmophobia. This indie title puts your imagination to the test by simulating life on earth, including its inhabitants, environments, species and creatures. You can travel to places like space, deep sea, mars, planets and anything else your imagination chooses to recreate. That being said, while the visuals may impress gamers from afar, when it comes to actual exploration you'll probably need a headset to really enjoy it. Also, don't worry, it's playable on iOS devices (iOS 12+) and is running natively on all major platforms at 1080p resolution. And sure, the graphics aren't quite cinematic - but it doesn't mean it isn't good fun - either way, it's worth checking out.

3. Watch Dogs 2 (2016) —  (PS4 PS5; Xbox One)

Another one of those games where I had to give it half a rating due to terrible spoilers. Let me tell you why. While several reviews and user opinions seem to agree on Watch Dogs 2 being addictive, I'm going to be frank here, this is still my favorite game on the market today. There's nothing wrong with bingeing on Watch Dogs 2. However, it lacks the depth. A lot of the action happens off screen (although there's plenty of subtle, easy ways to get into the fray without completely ignoring a key sequence). Watch Dogs 2 has a lot of charm and personality that keeps it engaging. Watching from distance makes you realize how far away other characters, buildings and vehicles may be. Another great quality of Watch Dogs 2 is that the story never feels rushed. Especially if you're the type of person who likes lengthy tales. Most importantly, the combat feels incredibly realistic. All told this game is easily one of my favorites, and it shows once again that these guys have mastered delivering intense PC-style action. There are tons of great options out there for Watch Dog fans. Go play Watch Dogs 2 right now.

4. Terraria (2015) — (PC, PlayStation 3 / 360 | PS5| Digital Edition, Game Boy Advance) | Oculus Quest

If you're looking for a new horror title, look no further than Terraria. Set on a mysterious island and populated with deadly, mutated organisms and alien creatures, Terraria is filled with fear and anxiety. You'll have no problem slipping into your daydream about escaping your town, leaving the terrifying creature menaces behind. With the constant threat of zombies stalking you, Terraria looks very real, and it delivers. At times you'll find yourself thinking, 'This is a bit slow'. But, every time you pick up a controller, it seems easier to jump ahead. The difficulty level is pretty challenging, but it's totally worth it. Terraria is packed full of memorable moments and hilarious humor that won't break the bank. Check it out.

5. PUBG Mobile (2017) —  (PS4 PS5; Xbox One)

Looking for something new to check out? Enter this battle royale that mixes elements of Call Of Duty, Fortnite and Apex Wars into a single, massively multiplayer battle royale. Unlike many similar shooter offerings, which rely solely on shooting down enemies, PUBG Mobile involves tactical strategy as well as physical fighting. Players respawn over 50 players in 100 matches, which means you won't run into anyone unless you know someone already! Plus, this game boasts a massive 1v1 gunfight on top of four types of weapons (including pistols), six explosive rounds, three types of projectiles, 11 skins, and dozens of hats. This massive meta map keeps the fighting excitement alive, and the variety keeps each match fresh. Some of my personal favourites include the Rocket Shotgun, Medic Rifle, Heavy Sniper Rifle and LMG Rifle. You will also wish for some strategic and innovative weaponry like Grenades and Triggers. Because of that, PUBG Mobile offers some of the most enjoyable gameplay I've played in years. Like some of the last entries on our list, the game requires additional effort during the initial few hours of play, but once you start to master it though, it quickly becomes second nature.

As we mentioned, there's plenty of potential for surprise later in our guide where we'll share tips, tricks and tactics for surviving the game.
